They did not give me any schedule for the onsite interview. Very disorganized company. One day before the onsite interview, they told me that I need to present my research over there. I had less than 24 hours to get prepared!!! However, I did my best. All the team members came to the presentation. After that, 7 one on one interviews. No technical question at all!!! They were not prepared for the interview and most of them were very indifferent, and just came to the interview to waste another day. In the end, I talked with the recruiter, something that usually happens before coming to the onsite interview. The only thing she cared about was my salary expectation. The only impression that I got: they had already selected their candidate but they need to go through a formal process with several candidates. A total waste of my time and energy. The whole team was Indians, and maybe they were looking for one more. After the interview, I sent a thank you email, no response. I followed up with HR and HM, no response at all. They don't have even the courtesy to respond and say how long it takes to make a decision.
