First interview was with 3 people via Zoom.. second interview was with accounting manager and controller.. both went well but the controller didn’t seem interested at all.. seemed more like racial profiling not a good experience

Skill assessment & survey with references required before interview. 1st round Interview was 2.5 hours with 3 people. Asking a lot even for entry level roles. Repetitive generic questions were asked
