The interview was a three-step process: a phone screening at first, and then two interview sessions with the firm's partners. Hessed from the HR team was a gem. She was super professional and did a top-notch job of walking me through the whole interview process. What truly set this experience apart was the swift pace at which everything transpired, as well as the constant feedback from Hessed. This was in stark contrast to my previous experiences at other firms where recruiters would often forget to update me, resulting in weeks of silence unless I initiated a follow-up . Even feedback requests were often met with no response. So, it was refreshing to see such a streamlined recruitment process here; it certainly earns my commendation. Then came the salary negotiations, throughout this period, Hessed kept me updated. Her consistent responsiveness to my inquiries and her effort to keep me informed about salary negotiation and progression were highly appreciated. About a week after the phone screening, the first round of interviews was scheduled, followed by a meeting with another senior partner from the firm.

The interview process was fairly smooth and recruiter very engaged. Very lovely people to talk to, at the same time thorough in questioning. There was some misunderstanding in the type of role they were looking to fill, which probably could have been resolved sooner, but overall very pleasant experience. You can sense the culture of the company is great but the consulting roles they have are a bit different to the typical consulting world which may is a bit confusing.
