It was my first company fresh out of college, my managers were super energetic and I got to learn a ton of things related to purchasing and supply chain.
From day 1 yoi are given responsibilities, the training could have been better but nothing much to complain, I owe all my career benifits and successfull transitions to the experience i gained here at SEL

Entretien
First there will be a written test ( mostly pen and paper ). If selected, technical interview followed by hr interview. In technical interview they will test your core knowledge your subject knowledge etc. in hr they will check ur management skills
