Initial "phone-screen" was actually done in person, some behavioral questions but primarily technical questions. Led to a technical phone screen / screen share, was asked to code in a screen share session. Was also asked questions about why I chose this company, why I chose the particular role, etc. Last two interviews were technical in person interviews by a developer and a tester
