Got a call from HR of the company. After discussion the interview was scheduled. Some person from USA took the interview. A day later I got to know that the I have cleared the 1st round (got a good feedback from the interviewer) and 2nd round would be taken by the president of the company. And here comes the ignorance. I didn't get any call from the HR. After several follow ups. HR told me that there were 3 vacancies, one of which got filled by some internal associate. She asked me to wait for couple of days. After a week I made a follow-up call and final got to hear that opening is closed and company is now looking for any Hadoop developer. This was one of the worst interview process (not the interview) any company can possess where u schedule and interview and then suddenly say there is no more requirement.
