No interview. If you are a realtor in good standing you can use Show Appeal as your broker. Very welcoming company. Just make an appointment and had a casual chat with the owners and the broker.

You interview this company and ask them about why you should work there. I found out they have a great lead generating program, and lots of incentives for my real estate investors who fix and flip.
