The interview process is unnecessarily long. A 3 stage interview process for an entry level position is uncommonly complicated as compared to other institutions and companies. Committee interview lacked any real life situational questions that could give an idea of real-time handling of challenges. Seemed the interview process was more personality based vs a more performance based interview. For candidates who do not fit the requested qualifications, a full 3 interview process is unnecessary.
