Phone interview only. They were scrambling to find a teacher. I'm highly qualified, perhaps overqualified, yet they told me there would be a probationary period with no benefits. I've never experienced anything like this before and find it ridiculous. Then I did some investigating and discovered that they have their instructors do secretarial/administrative work. In other words, the 40 hours a week includes teaching as well as administrative tasks.

Pretty simple phone interview - they were in need of instructors to teach for the upcoming semester and didn't seem too picky at the time. Unlike some other employers, they didn't ask questions that were meant to knock you down or make you feel like you weren't worthy of the job. Pretty positive experience overall.
