I applied online for as a Health and Beauty Clerk at the Shop Rite website on Saturday July 23rd. I received a phone call on Monday July 25th to schedule an interview on Wednesday July 27th (today). I arrived about 20 minutes before my interview started, I was greeted by a woman and she took me upstairs and started the interview. Most of the questions she asked me were very easy to answer. She asked typical "yes and no" questions like have I been convicted for a felony and things like that. The other questions she asked that I could remember, I've listed below. After that she told me that they weren't hiring for the position I applied for but she had openings in the cashier department and deli. I chose the deli department because I loathe the idea of being a cashier (I have no experience for either position). She hired me on the spot and we filled out the necessary paperwork (I had to bring my Social Security card and a photo ID) She told me that I also had to get a union card before my orientation this Friday. And they do not do drug testing
