It was apparent that they were unsure about the exact role they were hiring for, which raised concerns about internal alignment and decision-making. This lack of structure makes it feel like job security could be tenuous, as there doesn't seem to be a strong company culture or processes in place to support or protect employees.
Additionally, post-interview communication was poor. There was no follow-up or feedback, and ultimately, I was left without any closure or response, which felt unprofessional.
