Followed by a Life Story where you go into your professional experiences, the why's of the changes, and how you got to where you are. You can be as open as you want and never get ask invasive questions. From there you move to a deep dive interview into one of your experiences, might be the current or past, or you get to pick the one that you made most impact in.
