I was asked to do a 15 minute phone interview. Right when it started I was told that someone made a mistake and I was supposed to be contacted sooner. It seems people had already been interviewed for this position, so it ended up more like a courtesy call that I only found out about at the very start of the phone call. I was also told at the end that I would get a detailed e-mail regarding the reasons why I was not selected for the position (if I wasn't). I was informed that I did not get the position via e-mail, but they refused to share why. A very strange and disorganized process overall.
