We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. The interview process is meant to be rigorous, but we never want candidates to feel defeated afterwards. The interview process can take some time as it was designed to get potential candidates familiar with the type of questions and channels they might be working on when in the role. The Life Story is more of a conversation than an interview as this allows us to get to know candidates as a person. The technical interview helps us assess skill level, determine how deadlines might be handled under pressure and understand your thought process. We aim to be thorough in the interview process, we want to make sure that the role is the right fit for you.
