I applied online and sent them information on a store I created and links to Github and LinkedIn. I heard back a week later for my first interview, which was mainly a "life story" conversation and we went into general personality and character. Then about 2-3 weeks later I heard back for my second interview, and they wanted me to complete a theme store exercise beforehand. This one was about 50/50 technical and personality. We talked coding styles and teamwork. Then 1-2 weeks later I received a 3rd interview which had a similar discussion to the second, though a bit more role focused. These all went pretty well! Then 1-2 weeks later I got a email requesting a 4th interview. It was more focused on the role and specific character traits required for the role. After about a week they asked for references, then about a week after that I got the offer. (About 11 weeks of communications).
