I applied online. The process took a few months, from August to January. There were 5 stages: assessment center, HR interview, individual case, individual interview, group case, and then results.
Patterns, Numeric reasoning, Data related questions were given and for each section, there is a timer countdown depending on the section. The test is taken at your own time before a deadline and is similar to taking an online quiz.
The case interview mirrored the structure described during the pre-interview briefing, which made the flow predictable and clear. The interviewers maintained a professional and approachable demeanor, ensuring the discussion stayed focused and productive. The case prompt itself was well-structured, with sufficient detail and logical progression, which allowed me to demonstrate my analytical approach and problem-solving process without confusion.
Although I did not receive direct feedback from the interviewers, I felt that the experience was fair and well-managed, giving me the opportunity to articulate my thought process and engage in structured problem-solving. Overall, it was a constructive session that tested both business acumen and communication skills effectively.
