3x interview process: HR, User 1, User 2. All the interviews are handled very quickly and after office hours, indicating the HR team is really stretched thin + the users too
Three steps: CV applying in greenhouse platform, interview with HR for initial contact and job description questions and technical interview with BI lead to check fit with current team and technical knowledge.
