Recruiter will ask for your basic identitiy and also your strenght and weakness For Interview User, from my experience, interviewer is leader for your position, so make sure you give the best for this. You only told your experience that you have before and then give your interest for the position that you applied.

2. FGD with user. depend on which team you are placed. user will give case and ask to answer it together with other candiate
