The process was quite smooth. It was through google meet. The questions being asked were about yourself (introduction, experiences, preferred department, available date) and 1 STAR question (how to solve conflict).

Do you face any conflicts before? How you handle it?
First is assessment. It was relatively hard compared to other companies' assessments. After passing, HR interview, where you will be asked about your experiences. The last is the case interview with the hiring manager.

Entretien
Started with GMAT, HR interview, Business Manager for a business case interview, and lastly with Business leader. It wasn't too hard, just make sure to prepare behavioral interview and for the business case (consulting-like interview). You'll get 15 mins to prepare for the bus case interview.
there was an online assessment then basic interview questions by HR (mostly about your resume and work habits) then case interview by hiring manager (depending on the program applied for)
