I applied online on their website, then around 2 weeks I received an email invitation for math online test. I didn’t know that the test would be a GMAT math test, so I wasn’t really prepared for such a hard test. Despite my pessimism, I passed the math test, and in the next 2 hours, I was invited for a panel interview. With such a short notice, I didn’t prepare anything for the interview, I only had like 20 minutes to at least outline what I had in mind (introduction about my self and experience , and my motivation to join the internship).
The panel interview was short, only around 30 minutes, and I was interviewed together with 8 other candidates. The interviewer explained a lot about the life at shopee and was really insightful.
After the HR interview, I received an email in the next 5 days stating that I moved forward to the next interview with my team manager, and in the email they also already assigned me with the team that I was gonna work with. Finally, I passed all the stages and they offered me with the internship in the same day after I had the manager interview!
