The interview process was face to face with the D.O.N. It was brief straight to the point. They promote internal hiring for new grads and various. The transition process was relatively easy and took me two weeks to settle into my new position and start training.

Question 1
I was interviewed by the DON who herself started as a nursing assistant in the company. The interview was more like a conversation where she demonstrated why Sholom was a great fit for me, having worked there as a nursing assistant. Our conversation brushed up also on future goals for my nursing career and how Sholom would help achieve that.
