I had a 30 minute call with the company's recruiter. I was asked about my relevant experience which I shared. The next day I received an email informing me that they're not moving forward. I advise not wasting your time with this company until they first confirm in writing that the hiring manager has already seen the resume. It doesn't make sense to speak to their recruiter otherwise.
