Interviews were done by recording a few 30 second videos of yourself answering questions. Never interacted with anyone that worked at Shipt. I was approved to start shopping within a few days!
The whole interview process was easy and simple. There were several questions asking about how to shop, what to look for, and if you have had any experience. The questions were easy and to the point.
