Just less than four minutes phone call, which is short than most of my interviews, including the estimated salary, the position, and asked about my background and why I can be a good fit at this position. I am curious why this is soo short, and they changed the interview time with me for two times. I had a feeling that no matter what I said, they just call to reject me.

1. Video record interview, several questions (less than 10mins) 2. A one week design challenge 3. 15 mins interview with the Director of the Product Design (around 25 mins) Note: The interviewer was late for 17 mins, and then she told me she thought I should call her instead. I believe there is miscommunication since in the e-mail, the recruiter told me the interviewer will call me and asked for my contact information. During the interview, the interviewer asked for a break cause she needed to get a room and set up her computer. Then I waited for another 10 mins. The interviewer asked me this question after a short discussion about my design challenge. The interviewer directly rejected me, for the reason that she thinks I would struggle with communicating with others during the internship due to my speak speed.
