Quick interview process. Reached out via LinkedIn, screening call with recruiter set up for next day. Prepared case study, interview with BDR, followed up with 2 BDR Managers and then an in person meet up to see the office.

The interview process as a whole was well run and appropriate for the role of a BDR.
The process consisted of:
A 30min call with the Head of Sales, another call with the Hiring / BDR Manager. From there it was more casual conversation with someone from the team which felt like a good way to learn more about the day to day. Finally there was a task and in person interview at a central London location with a couple of people from the team.
