I was contacted by a recruiter for a role. After that, I was set up for a first-round interview, which seemed to have gone well because they was impressed with the responses and international background. Also the interview time went longer than usual as they wanted to know more about my work and I wanted to know more about the team and culture. After the first round, I received no updates. It was a bit disappointing that there were no updates despite having a seemingly positive interview experience

Informal with a panel format (3 interviewers, 1 interviewee), which can be intimidating, but there were no trick questions. It was more of a conversation where you can showcase your personality and if you fit well with the team.
