Sent resume to a connection. Was put in touch with the recruiting specialist. Went through one 30-minute phone interview with the recruiting specialist then went into the headquarters to interview in person about a week later. Interviewed with three different people there, and received an offer via phone about a week after.

Waited 10 minutes then sat me down in conference room with 3 people total (spoke to them one by one)Took about one hour , one was prepared with several questions and we had a real conversation which was very pleasant, the other young ones did not care looked uninterested and were just too busy to even bother.
