Initially reached out by a recruiting company on behalf of Shields. Did not know much about the company, but the recruiter was helpful in providing a background and arranging a call with someone who knew the company well. Set-up interview and loved what I heard and seen. Met with multiple levels within the company from team that I would eventually manage, to multiple manager and director levels and ended up with the CFO/COO. It was a long 4 hour time span as multiple people from a variety of departments met with me. I left optomistic and excited for the opportunity to work for a company that was patient focussed and thriving.
