Entretien
It was a three step process that will take some time. First a recruiter will call to explain what the job is and what is expected of you. They will tell you outright that you need to be open for relocation. If he/she feels you are willing to go to the next step they will arrange a visit to a store in you area. This is the second interview where a store manager explains what happens at the store level. Even though they do not say, they are judging you by what you ask, your appearance and how you perceive the job. If the store manager sees a fit then they schedule you for the last interview with the district manager. This is the hardest part of the process since it is this manager that has the final say in the hiring process. He/she will ask many what if and behavioral questions.

Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
