The hiring process with Sherwin-Williams was fairly simple. After meeting with a few employees at my college career fair, I was invited to submit an application for this internship position. Soon after, I was contacted by my district's recruiter to have a phone interview. This interview lasted about 20 minutes and was fairly low-key. Next, I did a 'store interview.' More like a meeting than an interview, I met with a local store manager to discuss store operations and typical tasks that an interns take on. Last, I interviewed with the city manager at the district office. Again, this interview was more like a meeting: we had an easy-going conversation about my background and the internship.
