I first met the store manager to get familiar with the company. He gave me a great introduction on the store's structure and the different roles at the company. A week later, I got a phone interview with someone from HR. A week later, I had an interview with the district manager.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
