Very quick and easy. They do not train their store managers on interviewing candidates so they do not have a hard process. Basically if you can display you know something about paint and can provide a friendly presence you will get the job. It is a pretty low skill position so they compensate you accordingly and do not expect more than showing up on time, smiling with unruly customers and maintaining a working relationship with other employees.

It was one interview with the store manager asking questions. They sit you in the back room and ask questions. Then tell you to front the selves. After that they call a few days later
