Easy, simple, inclusive. As this was an entry level position, there was only two simple interviews. Both of them were in person. Quickly hired and started in the same month.

Entretien
Series of interviews. First one in a corporate type screener. Second is an in store interview with a store manager. The third interview was with the District Manager. Fairly straight forward, did take some time in between each interview.

A lot of generic interview questions. Final interview questions seemed to focus more on whether you could adapt the job and requirements.

Very easygoing process. Be prepared for basic interview questions and they will explain the growth potential in the company. Be sure to express your desire to grow within the company as the point of the MTP program is to grow into future roles like management and outside sales.
