Resume submission to company followed by a phone call with basic pre-interview questions. Formal interview with office manager and members of the department I applied to. Officer manager talked the whole time so just smile and nod occasionally and he'll pretty much carry the interview. Also pretending to really like the office manager and laugh at his weird jokes will basically get you in.

Questions are really basic (and random) such as: Why do you want to be a private investigator? What are your career goals? What do you know about private investigations? Do you work well in a team?

The interview was easy. Management pulled questions out of the air. There was no standardized interviewing, which could making it harder for other candidates. Just pretend to like the manager and he'll like you.
