Met with the Call Center Director and the Human Resource Director - there were some questions asked - didn't seem to be questions written in advance - more questions that were specific to the information that I was giving to them. We met in the Human Resource Directors office - they offered me a cup of coffee or some water. they were both relaxed and friendly.

I really don't remember - they mostly talked about the job and what they were looking for and it was more of a conversation. I believe they asked some questions "tell me about a situation in which an employee was upset about having an unpleasant customer interaction on the phone - how would you handle it?
