It was easy since the company was still a start-up. I applied then our director contacted me for an interview, I was hired the same day. I am part of the pionneers. It was an informal interview back then - the qualifications are just you have to be near the location where you will be meeting with your team every week. It was home-based but needed to meet up every week.
