Very quick! I joined as a contractor. First I sent my CV to the agency that had the vacancy. After a quick chat with the agency's recruiter she scheduled an interview with Shell. The interview was directly with the hiring manager.

If I was to be hired, what would I do in the new role?
The Shell interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable while asking thoughtful questions that focused on both technical knowledge and personal experiences. The process gave me a clear understanding of Shell’s culture and values, and overall it was a positive and insightful experience.

Tell me about a time when you faced a challenge working in a team, and how you handled it.
The process is methodical and structured. I received the meeting invite about a week before the interview. The interview panel is warm and nice. I enjoyed the process. The panel makes you comfortable so you can answer the questions freely.
Pretty Straight forward and very much to the point. Multiple rounds, at the least 3 that I went through. Mostly person who could be your LM will do the interview.
