Very competitive. They push you to see what have you achieved through your career and in the projects you have executed. Really liked the process. Very well respected corporation.

First needed to upload application files - resume & cover letter & transcripts.Then I took several online tests - personality, situational judgment, and numerical. The tests were tough! Finally, I had a phone interview which lasted 2 hours and followed the STAR format for CAR questions. Then the offer came about a week later.
