I submitted a request for extra time adjustments, to which they promptly responded by extending the online video interview preparation time to unlimited. Only 1 take of up to 10 minutes is allowed for each of the 5 questions though, no repeats like other online interviews I've received. I was ultimately rejected, but they phoned me up to tell me that it was because I had to be a penultimate year student of an MEng rather than BEng degree and encouraged me to apply again if I changed to an MEng next year.

Your standard behavioural - Why Shell, leadership, teamwork etc.
A textual question appeared on the screen, then I was given unlimited attempts to record a three-minute video answering the question. This was repeated twice (i.e. three questions in total).

Entretien
Not the interview, but assessment. It had a prerecorded video interview as part of the online assessment. The online assessment seemed like a strength based one where you get a profile of some highlighted strengths at the end of the test.
First, there is a game-like process to check your behavior in certain situations. Then, there's an on-demand interview where you send videos answering some questions. Finally, there is supposed to be a case study with Shell employees.
