Biased for visibility minorities regardless of experience. A company selling diversity and equal rights has tipped to the point where public attitude has clouded the judgement of business sense. They feel too large to fail and driven by shareholders and social media instead of hard work and focus
Interview process was fine. There were questions asked that were normal and some were technical, but manageable. Interview went fine and they took their time to decide and discuss and come back afterwards.
The interview process is very thorough and intense. Eye opening and made me see the excellence culture, which is very high. I enjoyed the interviewing process and would recommend everyone to apply.
