After my resume got shortlisted, i got a call from Shell and they asked about my experience, job roles and responsibilities etc for about max 10 mins, which went really well. Later, when checked on the site about the status of my candidature, it says, "Company not interested". I was taken aback after seeing the status. one word its 'Pathetic'. With no proper reason just for the sake you cant reject the candidates. God save Shell from such recruiting people.
