Focus is on CART. Last part is a discussion on a topic you pick from 4 possible choices from the perspective of a CEO of a company.

Entretien

Question 1

Entretien
First I got a phone interview. This consisted out of standard questions like your role in different teams and how do you handle conflicts.. Just think of clear examples using the Shell CAR criteria as a reference. In the next part you get to choose a topic out of 4 topics and have to talk about this with the interviewer. Just make sure you see the bigger picture and approach the topic from different angles.
After passing the phone interview I was invited to the assessment days. The first day is filled with a presentation about Shell values and what to expect when taking the assessment. You also practice a case-study. The next day the actual assessment is taken. You get time to prepare for each of the 3 interviews. There is a case-study, a group discussion and an interview with the same kind of format of the phone interview.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Questions in the case study were about risk, implications and how to implement solutions. In the group discussion everyone has to answer one question and those are mainly about why you made certain decisions.
