I applied online through my university and recieved an email a few days later to fulfill an online video interview which consisted of several recordings and a screening assessment. A few weeks later I recieved a request for a video interview which consisted of a short case and a behavior with two senior leaders. The behavioral was standard and they simply asked provided a scenario for the case and gave some time to prepare a response. Within an hour after my interview I got a call saying I passed and the recruiter would match me with a role, but I never heard back after that.

After online application, there are two stage of interviews.
Stage 1: Online assessment
Stage 2: Final assessment
I only managed to finish all online assessment. For the Timed cognitive test, I can't finish to do all questions in time. Hence, the speed of doing this test needed to be as fast as possible.

Entretien
The first stage is the online assessment where you have to answer 50 questions or so from 3 different categories of questions; verbal, math and abstract. you have an average of 14s to answer each question. Following which there is an untimed set of questions to gauge your personality
