Had a quick test just to see if the candidate could scan a document quickly. then there were 2 1:1 with the manager of the area and his manager. Can't remember the question as it was a while back. Current manager is micromanager and critical of all mistakes.

Entretien
Applied Online. Was then called for quick discussion about the role. Then scheduled an in person interview. In person interview consisted of about an hour of behaviorial questions while interviewer took notes and an hour of technical questions. Manager kept telling me how only the smartest people work here....ok. Overall, not a bad experience, but the manager and I didn't really click. I could tell this manager was very uptight and took things way too seriously. Even though I didn't get an offer, which I didn't expect to, I probably would have declined had I received one.
