Day-long assessment includes FGD round and then conversation sessions between the CEO and 50+ candidates in a room. He asks questions on random topics like current political situation. Unique answers get noticed. They give breakfast and lunch. The whole process starts at 9AM and ends at 8.30PM. Unnecessarily long.
