It was set up by a recruiting agency. I showed up 15 minutes early, and she was 30 minutes late. When we started the interview, she had to pause and take a phone call that lasted nearly 5 minutes. The interview went over the allotted time frame. Very unorganized and disrespectful of my time (being late and taking other calls).

They used the STAR method of interviewing. Asked questions like "what kind of difficult situations have I been in at work, and how did I handle. Also asked of a time that I did something, and immediately regretted it - how did I respond to correct?

Long and not necessary for the level of roles they are hiring for. The people are very nice but they have had a lot of turnover recently which maybe is why.

The interview process was very structured and digital. It is easy to prepare for the questions. However, after not being selected and after sending thank you notes to the final interview panel and a follow up email to the recruiter I was ghosted.

Interview process went very well. Small interview teams with specific questions. Overall the process took about 45 days from applying to making an offer. Interview team was very knowledgable of industry and answer all my questions.
