Entretien
1st Round with HR. 2nd Was with the CEO - this was quite extensive and detailed with Fred Yamaguchi (CEO) digging into each role in my CV. Went on for 2 hrs.He was keen to understand my aspirations and leadership style. Was more of a conversation rather than question and answer.
Once he had cleared me, I met up with the Line manager and peers and their opinions were also used to clear my candidature.
