TL:DR No-call no-showed by the hiring manager, poor communication, withdrew application. I spoke with HR for an informational call which was a neutral experience discussing the position, company values and culture. It took two weeks to receive further communication after having discussed meeting with the hiring manager the following week. We were forced to reschedule a follow-up conversation since HR was 20 minutes late to a 30 minute conversation. A call with the hiring manager was scheduled for the next week, but he no-call no-showed. I reached out to HR via email and text after waiting 10 minutes, but didn't hear back for three days.

Their questions did not relate well to the job function. Very generic.It seemed like they were not trying to get to know the candidate. Could have been a better experience if they were more invested in the candidate as a person.

Entretien
Initial Phone screen quickly after applying followed by conversation with the hiring manager. Process went very quickly at first but was ghosted after what I thought was a good conversation with the HM.
The HM was almost cautionary about the work-life balance and culture at the company which was a red flag.
