I experienced significant difficulties scheduling my interview. I initially selected a time slot for Friday, but never received confirmation or a meeting link—only a note stating the slot was chosen. After waiting until Wednesday, I contacted HR to confirm my chosen time and request the link. The next day, I was informed that my Friday slot had already been taken and was asked to select another. I selected a second Friday slot and sent confirmation, but was then told this was not possible because the team already had a meeting, and an alternative morning slot was offered—although this slot had not been previously mentioned. During the interview, which lasted approximately 7–10 minutes, only the HR representative attended, and the other team member was not present. It appeared that HR was unprepared, and no specific questions were asked beyond “Tell me about yourself,” which was already detailed in my CV .
