The interview was done with two managers and was the standards ESL interview. I was given some teaching scenarios and asked to describe what I would do. After that they gave me information and about the school and chatted a bit. We had some connection issues but nothing terrible. After they very quickly made me an offer and drew up a contract.

Application submission, then a demo lesson. Interviews follow with a recruiter and academic manager, focusing on teaching skills and adaptability for the China classroom. Overall very standard interview, nothing out of the ordinary.
